Cornmeal buttermilk Pancakes
- 1 cup flour, unsifted
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1-1/2 T. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1-1/2 T salad oil
Sift dry ingredients together. Combine eggs, buttermilk and oil and beat well. Stir in dry ingredients. Bake on a hot griddle.
Serve 3 or 4
