Brandied Cranberries
- 1 lb fresh cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 or 5 T. brandy
Arrange cranberries in a single layer in a large shallow baking pan. Sprinkle sugar on top. Cover tightly with a foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cool and sprinkle with brandy and a little more sugar.
